Our Condition Standards

 We take great care in evaluating each item to ensure quality, authenticity, and condition. All items must be clean and in wearable condition. Each piece is categorized as Pristine, Excellent, Very Good, Good, Fair, or As Is based on its condition.

 Pristine

 Brand-new items with no signs of wear.

    •    Clothing items come with original tags, box, and dust bag.

    •    Jewelry includes its original box and/or pouch and may or may not have tags.

 Excellent

 Like-new items without tags.

    •    Clothing items show no signs of use.

    •    Jewelry may have been lightly handled. Tags, boxes, or dust bags may not be included.

 Very Good

 Gently used items with minor wear.

    •    Clothing and shoes may have slight markings or fading.

    •    Handbags and accessories may show light corner wear, minor scratches, or interior signs of use.

    •    Jewelry may have small scratches, nicks, or dents.

 Good

 Moderately used items with noticeable wear.

    •    Clothing and shoes may have moderate creasing or markings.

    •    Handbags and accessories may show worn corners, interior wear, or visible scratches.

    •    Jewelry may have moderate scratches, nicks, or dents.

 Fair

 Heavily used items with significant wear.

    •    Clothing may have seam splitting or missing embellishments.

    •    Shoes may show heavy scuffs or discoloration.

    •    Handbags and accessories may have heavily worn corners, scratches, or notable interior wear.

 As Is

 Extensively worn items that may need repair.

    •    Signs of heavy use, such as discoloration, frayed corners, or deep scratches.

    •    May require repairs, such as fixing broken hardware or patching small holes or tears.

 Many of our items include original tags, boxes, dust bags, or authenticity cards. When available, these details will be noted in the item description.
